Your data
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Carnosine Queen collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who is responsible
Carnosine Queen is operated by Gracie as a sole proprietor. Questions about this policy, or any request relating to your data, can be sent through the contact form on this site.
What is collected
Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select, and the content of your message.
Partnership enquiry form: your name, practice or clinic name, profession, email address, phone number, the number of practitioners at your practice, and the content of your message.
Anti-spam field: each form includes a hidden field that is invisible to people and is only completed by automated bots. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded.
This site does not require an account, does not ask for payment details, and does not collect health records or any special-category personal data. Please do not include medical details about yourself or a client in a message.
How it is used
Information you submit is used for one purpose: to reply to you and to continue that conversation. Partnership enquiries are additionally used to prepare pricing and next steps for your practice.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not added to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.
Purchases and outbound links
Purchases are not made on this site. Buy buttons take you to the official retailer, where that retailer's own privacy policy and terms apply to any information you provide, including payment and shipping details. Carnosine Queen never sees your payment information.
Affiliate links may pass a referral identifier to the retailer so a purchase can be attributed to this site. That identifier is associated with the referral, not with your identity as it appears here.
Cookies and analytics
This phase of the site does not set advertising cookies and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors. If analytics or cookie-based tooling is introduced later, this policy will be updated before that tooling goes live, and the change will be reflected in the effective date below.
Retention
Message threads are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and are reviewed periodically so that stale correspondence is removed. Partnership records may be retained for the duration of an active working relationship.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You may ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. To do so, send a message through the contact form with the subject 'Data request' from the email address you originally used, and state what you would like done.
Requests are actioned within thirty days. Deletion is permanent, and once a thread is deleted it cannot be recovered — including any pricing discussion it contained.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact me and it will be removed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site adds functionality. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly substituted.
